Sara's got her air horn ready to get Owain Wyn Evans started on day 1 of his 4 Nations Cycle Challenge for 麻豆社 Children in Need.

All for this year's Children In Need appeal, Owain is cycling through all four UK nations 鈥 that鈥檚 Four Hundred Miles of testing terrain, which makes it the furthest route any of our Radio 2 challengers has ever faced!

You can also catch-up with the story so far, follow Owain鈥檚 progress via our live tracker and live blog and find out how to make a donation at bbc.co.uk/owain

And for all the behind the scenes action head to 麻豆社 Radio 2 on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. And don鈥檛 forget the hashtag #OwainCIN
