Â鶹Éç

All for this year's Children In Need appeal, Owain is cycling through all four UK nations – that’s Four Hundred Miles of testing terrain, which makes it the furthest route any of our Radio 2 challengers has ever faced!

Take Owain with you on the Â鶹Éç Sounds app, or ask your smart speaker to play Radio 2, so you don’t miss a second.

You can also catch-up with the story so far, follow Owain’s progress via our live tracker and live blog and find out how to make a donation at bbc.co.uk/owain

And for all the behind the scenes action head to Â鶹Éç Radio 2 on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. And don’t forget the hashtag #OwainCIN
