Since joining Ford from aircraft make Boeing in 2006 he鈥檚 been steering Ford on a course of 鈥榗ontinuous improvement鈥�. And he tells Peter Day how Ford is turning around a 17 billion dollar earnings loss. He also reveals how he introduced the One Ford ideals and how the company is introducing the world鈥檚 first 鈥榞lobal鈥� car (which is being launched in Paris).
