The woodwind section of the orchestra
Grant Llewellyn, conductor of the 麻豆社 National Orchestra of Wales introduces the woodwind section. The instruments that make up this section are introduced individually and then there is an opportunity to hear them play a short piece of music from 'The Young Person鈥檚 Guide to the Orchestra' by Benjamin Britten. Examples of instruments in the woodwind family include the oboe, clarinet, flute and piccolo.
