Energy values
Our bodies 鈥榖urn鈥� food to release the energy we need live. Stella compares the energy values of various common foods, as well as paper, charcoal and petrol. She explains that energy is measured in units called joules (J), and 1 kilojoule (kJ) is equal to 1000 joules.
