Energy supplier SSE: "We're very sorry"
5 live's Andy Verity speaks to SSE corporate affairs director Alan Young who reassures customers they will be compensated for the mis-selling of gas and electric after receiving the largest ever fine of 拢10.5m from Ofgem.
The energy supplier promised the fine wouldn't be passed on to customers and blamed management failures for "prolonged and extensive" mis-selling.
