Supporting mental health in Asian communities
It's a shocking statistic.
Asian women are three times more likely to attempt suicide than white women.
And that rises to seven times more likely when compared to Asian men.
A leading psychiatrist's now saying these stats mean there needs to be a specific service aimed at helping young Asians with suicidal thoughts.
