Yacht skipper Sean McCarter describes the "split second of absolute shock and horror" when crew member Andrew Taylor, from London, fell into the Pacific Ocean during the Clipper Round The World Yacht Race.

The Derry-Londonderry yacht was on day 14 of a race stage in the Pacific Ocean between Qingdao, China and San Francisco, USA.

Mr Taylor was treated for shock and hypothermia.
