Children need to stop having babies says charity

Hilary Pannack, the CEO of Straight Talking - a charity aimed at preventing teenage pregnancy - says the key to stopping underage sex is good education.

It follows reports that a 12-year-old girl and her 13-year-old boyfriend have become Britain's youngest parents.
