Sheeren speaks to Mitch Lake from the small island of Anguilla in the Lesser Antilles. The British overseas territory had no public tennis courts when he grew up, but through his determination and passion, he not only achieved a tennis scholarship to an American university but also founded a tennis academy on Anguilla to help give future generations what he didn’t have – all with the help of celebrity friends who were inspired by Mitch’s story including Richard Branson and America’s first black billionaire Robert L. Johnson.
