Tesco to enter smartphone market with own model

Tesco will launch a smartphone by the end of the year says chief executive Philip Clarke.

The phone will come pre-loaded with Tesco services.

The launch follows on from the introduction of the Hudl table, which has now reached over 500,000 in sales.
