Nigeria Schoolgirls: would sanctions against Boko Haram work?
The White House has said it will press for sanctions against Boko Haram, the Nigerian Islamist group which kidnapped hundreds of schoolgirls. But what would such a measure achieve? Elizabeth Donnelly, is assistant head of the Africa programme at the think tank, Chatham House.
