Author Maya Angelou dies aged 86
The acclaimed American author, Maya Angelou, has died aged 86. Feted by Presidents and often described as a Renaissance woman, Maya Angelou was an author, actor, singer, teacher and film maker. But it was her six volumes of autobiography which made her famous. Nick Higham looks back at her life.
