In May we spoke to Lance Corporal Gareth Milner when he had just left the Army.

He was one of the12,000 personnel from the Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force who was made redundant as part of the Strategic Defence Review.

Since then he has been keeping an audio diary for 5 live Breakfast.
