Good Morning Vietnam DJ "gobsmacked" at Williams' death

Adrian Cronauer, the DJ portrayed by Robin Williams in Good Morning Vietnam, has paid tribute to the late actor.

The former United States Air Force sergeant and radio personality said he was "gobsmacked" by the news.

He added that the actor played the part "beautifully" in the film.

Williams died aged 63 on Monday after apparently taking his own life.
