Indian court suggests sexual potency test for men
Madras High Court in India has suggested that men should be tested for their sexual potency before marriage. The move has been criticised by some civil rights campaigners in the country. Justice N. Kirubakaran said this was necessary because marriages were breaking down because of what he termed impotency or frigidity. He'll hold a special sitting of the court on Saturday to discuss the issue. Speaking from Calcutta, the Â鶹Éç's Rahul Tandon explained to Charissa Chadderton why the judge has called for this. This clip is originally from Up All Night on Tuesday 9 September 2014.
