Fancy a cuddle? New app matches strangers wanting hugs

A new app has been launched which enables people to have a cuddle from a stranger.

'Cuddlr' claims to be a way of finding people nearby who are up for a bit of PG-rated contact, without any pressure or expectation.

App developer, Charlie Williams, explained how users of the app could have a "successful cuddle".
