Pro-Russian rebel leader: 'We're at war'
Clashes continue between Ukrainian troops and pro-Russian forces in the eastern city of Donetsk despite a ceasefire being agreed four weeks ago, with the rebels and the government blaming each other for the shelling. Newshour has spoken to Andrei Purgin, a pro-Russian rebel leader and deputy prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk Peoples Republic about the breakdown in the ceasefire
