Singer-songwriter Ayo was born in Germany to a Nigerian father and Romany mother. When her mother succumbed to heroin addiction, she and her three siblings were forced into foster care. Ayo told the 麻豆社's Nicki Paxman why she called her latest album Ticket to the World.
