On 2 January, Steven Gerrard announced he would be leaving his boyhood club of Liverpool at the end of the season.

Former Liverpool striker John Aldridge told 5 live the 34-year-old was 鈥渢he best player鈥� he had ever seen鈥� play for the Reds, and had given him some of the 鈥渂est moments鈥� of football.

So Gerrard, in Aldridge's opinion, is the best ever player. So, what about the worst?
