Justin Bieber has made an emotional apology to fans for his "arrogance" after his appearance on the Ellen show.

In an online video, the star said he 鈥渄idn鈥檛 want to come off arrogant and conceited鈥� and wanted the public to know he 鈥渃ared about people鈥�.

Canadian writer Anne T Donahue, said she believed the country would understand the 20-year-old was 鈥渏ust a young kid, who got wrapped up in the wrong scene鈥�.
