It's not unusual to see a horse box parked up in a village, but it is unusual if there's wood smoke gently wafting out of the roof. Or at least it would be in most villages, but for places like Long Whatton, Quorn and Rothley it's becoming the norm at least one day a week. That's because Raphael's Wood fired pizza turns up once a week, parks in the middle of the village and starts cooking.
