After Nigel Farage's recent criticism of immigrants using NHS for HIV treatment, a student from Hackney asks whether we're scaremongering over immigration, and Phil from Bolton suggests the NHS is turning into a "World Health Service".
Jeremy Hunt:- "I have no problem with foreigners using our health service, but if they're not paying for it through their taxes they must be charged for it"
