New business trend from the USA replaces "management hierarchy" with self-governed groups known as "circles".

Brian Robertson came up with the idea known as 'Holacracy' and has said the practice gives "order without bosses imposing order" to create more "autonomy" in the work place.

He added that there is "clear authority" in Holacracy but it is more "distributed" than a traditional business hierarchy.
