Harry Kane's U21s inclusion 'shows strong message'

England's U21 manager Gareth Southgate has told Today that Harry Kane being part of the Under 21s shows a strong message to the rest of the team.

Speaking ahead of the 2015 European Under-21 Championship, he said 鈥渨e want to win our group鈥�, which includes Portugal, Sweden and Italy.
