The Spanish Victims Behind Rwandan Genocide Arrest
Spanish aid workers Flors Sirera, Manuel Madrazo and Luis Valtue帽a were killed in Rwanda in 1997. Now the country's intelligence chief Karenzi Karake has been arrested accused of ordering their deaths. Jos茅 F茅lix Hoyo was a friend of one of the victims.
