The Rapping Policeman
Music lovers at a freestyle rap event in the Canadian city of Edmonton were treated to some spontaneous rapping by a traffic cop. A video of Halley Barrantes dancing and singing has now been shared around the world. Officer Barrantes explains how he came to perform.
