New ways needed to tackle the Ebola crisis?
A report just published on the Ebola crisis in three African countries says the WHO lacks the capacity and culture to deal with global health emergencies. The organisation admits its response has been too slow. Former leader of the charity Oxfam - Barbara Stocking wrote the report:
