Business Secretary Sajid Javid on relaxing planning laws for brownfield sites in England in an attempt to boost house-building.

鈥淲hat we鈥檙e going to do now is go further and say that we will zone them for housing development鈥� that means that those homes can get built a lot quicker.鈥�

鈥淭here鈥檚 no need to build on the green belt鈥�there鈥檚 plenty of land that鈥檚 not green belt that we can build on that is suitable for housing and we need to get on with it.鈥�
