Plans for a new statue of Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam costing $65 million

The proposed monument of the founder of modern day communist Vietnam in Son La province costs $65 million. It's a region of the country which has suffered famine and flooding recently and people are questioning the cost. The 麻豆社's East Asia regional editor, Giang Nguyen explains.
