'North Korea likes to go its own way and from 15th August it will be observing Pyongyang time'
North Korea has decided to push back its clocks by thirty minutes, putting it in a different time zone to South Korea. Jean H Lee - who set up the Associated Press news bureau in Pyongyang - explains why.
