The African record holder in javelin throwing
By watching YouTube videos Julius Yego taught himself to become one of Kenya's champions. The 26-year-old athlete is the reigning Commonwealth Champion after throwing 91.39m earlier this year. He is now one of his country's top medal hopes at the World Athletics Championships in Beijing.
