New Orleans, Ten Years On From Hurricane Katrina
Hurricane Katrina slammed into New Orleans ten years go, killing 1800 people. By many accounts the city is now more successful than before despite 80 percent of its footprint being destroyed. So has the new New Orleans worked for everyone? Jaques Morial is a community organiser and public policy adviser there.
