âI wonât be going swimming againâ
The British tourist rescued from a remote area of northern Australia after he wrote an SOS in the sand has said he wonât be going swimming again.
Geoff Keys, 63, was attempting to find the Eliot Falls in Queenslandâs Jardine National Park when he lost his way in July.
Helicopter rescuers who saw his giant message in the sand said it had probably saved his life.
âIâm travelling round the world on my motorcycle and Iâve been in some tough positions but this is the one occasion where I wasnât with my bike,â Mr Keys told Today.
âI wonât be going swimming again!â
