An Italian company has made it their business to build a special type of room that you can completely destroy. Armed with a baseball bat and your stresses of the day, the metal-clad room decorated with furniture, bottles and even a mirror is yours to ruin.

The so called 'Anger rooms' are safe and controlled environments, and Newsday spoke to Piergiorgio Massari who's on the project.
