If there's one thing that gets Westerners agitated about some cultures in Asia, it's the eating of dog. But the industry itself says this is hypocrisy - what, they ask, is the difference between eating dog from eating cow or pig or chicken or sheep? A Westerner has come up with a unique answer: present dog farmers with an alternative. Our correspondent Steve Evans was given rare access to dog farms and a dog market.
