Addis Ababa inaugurates light rail
Authorities say that a new light rail network, which has opened in the capital of Ethiopia, will operate sixteen hours a day and provide efficient transport for millions of people. The project, which cost $740 million, was largely funded by China. The 麻豆社's Emmanuel Igunza attended the launch in Addis Ababa to find out whether the service will benefit everyone in the city.
