'Humanitarians are not meant to be a target'
The attack on the Afghan hospital run by Medecins Sans Frontieres may have far-reaching consequences. The medical charity, MSF, is known as one of the last groups to leave conflict zones. Stephen O'Brien, the United Nations Under-Secretary for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator shares the lessons to learn from the air strikes on Kunduz hospital:
