UK spy kit 'used on Uganda dissidents'
A 麻豆社 investigation, with the help of the advocacy group Privacy International, has revealed an interesting story about alleged political surveillance in Uganda. The investigation suggests that UK-sourced surveillance equipment is being misused to repress the government's political opponents. The 麻豆社's Nick Hopkins has more details.
