A pioneering technique to treat hydrocephalus
An American surgeon overwhelmed by Uganda鈥檚 high rate of infant hydrocephalus鈥攁 life-threatening condition where fluid accumulates in the brain鈥� developed a life-saving technique there, that鈥檚 now being used across the United States.
