Journalist Stephen Jones says the management and organisation of the British and Irish Lions is 鈥榮hocking鈥 and needs modernising ahead of their 2017 tour to New Zealand.

The Lions will face the Rugby World Cup winners in two years time and Jones believes unless things change, the All Blacks will win the series comfortably.

鈥淟ets get away from this thing that the Lions are an old thing, lets make it modern,鈥 he said.

鈥淭he Lions management and organisation is shocking and it is time it changed.

鈥淭hey鈥檝e won twice ever in New Zealand since 1875 and the way they鈥檙e going it鈥檚 3-0 next time,鈥 he added.

The Lions are made up of players from England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland and won their last series, against Australia in 2013.
