'With millions of dollars at stake, people will cheat'
A day after it was revealed that mass cheating was going on inside Russian athletics, one of Russia's top sports officials has resigned. Many believe that all performance-enhacing substances should be banned - but there are others who feel that there is a different way forward. Julian Savulescu, of the Journal of Medical Ethics discusses the arguments.
