Joanna Hausmann gets it. She has a Jewish last name, red hair, and has been compared to a Pixar cartoon. But she's not a white girl from the US Midwest— despite what some may assume. She's a Venezuelan comic, living in New York, who jokes (and makes funny web videos) about identity and race.
