Sam is 13 and has an aggressive form of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a genetic condition which means his muscles are slowly getting weaker. We fund Kerry from Dogs For Good, who trains dogs like Josie to meet the specific needs of disabled children. Josie has made Sam and his family smile again.
