Meet Phoebe and Erin, best friends who celebrated the success of their live saving liver transplants by taking part in the 2015 UK Transplant Games in Gateshead last summer.
Erin and Phoebe first met at the Transplant Games in Kent in 2012. They were instantly inseparable and have continued their friendship outside of the games.
A grant from 麻豆社 Children in Need funds the Transplant Sport Kids Co-ordinator.
