Pope Francis has arrived in Uganda for the second leg of his three-country African tour. Before he left Kenya he criticised the rich who squander wealth while the poor struggle to survive. Isabel dos Santos, the daughter of Angola's president and believed to be the richest in Africa, has told the 麻豆社 she earned her fortune on her own merit. Algeria's former counter terrorism chief, Abdelkader Ait-Ouarabi has been sentenced to five years in prison after a military trial that was held behind closed doors.
