Would You Pay A Million Dollars For A Dress?
The gingham pinafore Judy Garland wore in the Wizard of Oz goes under the hammer in New York today. It's expected to fetch up to one million dollars. Author William Stillman tells us who he thinks might be prepared to spend that kind of money on a 'secondhand' dress.
