Former US and Nato Commander, General Stanley McChrystal says President Putin is 'potentially dangerous'.

He told 5 live's Dan Walker, "Russia is exhibiting sort of traditionalist nationalist efforts under a leader who is very very aggressive, there's no other term for it. So I am worried about it".

General McChrystal said President Putin has to "be a responsible player and live to international rules of engagement".
