Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel tells her party conference it will become tougher for migrants not qualifying for asylum to enter the country.
The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, tells her CDU party conference that her refugee policy averted a humanitarian disaster. But she says Germany will toughen its rules on who is allowed entry, making it harder for migrants who have not qualified for asylum to stay.
