A witness has described hearing gunshots in Colorado Springs where a police officer and two civilians have been killed.

Quan Hoang works in a nail salon near the Planned Parenthood building, from where a gunman shot at officers.

He spoke to 麻豆社 Radio 5 live an hour after the incident started, while in lockdown inside the shop: "All of a sudden we saw a whole bunch of cop cars outside, as soon as I opened the door I heard gunshots and the officer said go back inside." A suspect was arrested hours after the stand-off.
